Public website information

When you voluntarily contact Nuvessra, we may receive information you choose to provide, such as your name, business email address, company name, and message. Website hosting and security providers may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, request logs, and security events.

Connected accounts, email sources, and vendor records

If a customer chooses to connect a financial account, business email source, or other supported integration, OwnerWise is designed to process only the data necessary for the requested workflow. Financial and email access tokens or provider credentials must remain server-side and must not be embedded in the public website or mobile client. Vendor profiles may include vendor names, aliases, business email addresses or domains, customer account references, purchase orders, invoices, packing slips, shipment notices, credits, inventory records, balances, and related source messages. These records are treated as private account data.

Private OwnerWise records

OwnerWise is being designed to keep uploaded business records, financial information, tax documents, and Company Vault content inside authenticated product systems rather than on the public website. Private records are intended to be available only to the account and to collaborators explicitly authorized by the account owner.

AI-assisted processing

OwnerWise may use approved service providers to process documents or generate document-grounded summaries and tax-readiness analysis. Production release will disclose applicable providers, processing purposes, retention behavior, deletion controls, and user choices before real financial documents are accepted.

No sale of personal information

Nuvessra does not intend to sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that support hosting, security, email, analytics, document processing, or product operations, subject to appropriate contractual and security controls, or when disclosure is required by law.

Access, retention, and deletion

Production OwnerWise is intended to provide account access controls and deletion workflows. Information should be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the service, security, legal, and recordkeeping purposes disclosed to users.

Tax information

Tax and compliance features are designed to organize records, identify evidence, surface inconsistencies, and support professional review. They do not guarantee that a return, filing, or tax position complies with every applicable law or fact-specific requirement.
